• 1 lemon
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp dill seasoning
• pinch of salt
• 4 Salmon Steaks or Filets
Cooking Day: Zest lemon to measure 1 tsp zest. Juice lemon to measure 1/4 cup juice. Whisk together oil, mustard, juice, zest, dill seasoning, and salt. Place marinade and Salmon in freezer bag.
Serving Day: Grease the grill, place salmon on grill and brush with marinade, grill salmon covered for 5 min, turn salmon and brush other side and grill for 5-7 minutes, turn for few seconds. Salmon should easily flake with fork and not be translucent. Garnish with lemon wedges. (I always use the marinade to brush over salmon while grilling as well and sometimes I will brush it over asparagus on the grill too! Yum!)
