8 oz cooked Rotini Pasta
2 cans albacore tuna, water packed, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup skim milk
1 cup frozen peas
Cooking Day: Cook pasta. Combine other ingredients and freeze.
Serving Day: Place in 8x8 pan. Bake, uncovered until the casserole begins to bubble (about 20 minutes). Serves 3-4. Top with shredded cheese if desired
