Well, Beth and I successfully completed another month of meals, but not without some speed bumps along the way. Kinley spent the night at Grandma and Grandpa Bruce's house Friday night to make shopping and cooking a little easier. I had a terrible case of the I-miss-Kinleys when I woke up, so I decided to take a detour and visit my baby before our long day of cooking. Meanwhile, Beth had already started the prep work (because she's a superhero like that!). Unfortunately, her superhero powers failed her when some boiling water spilled on the top of her foot! It went right through her shoe and gave her a nasty 2nd degree burn! It was a rough start, to say the least, but we made it! We started around 8:00 am and finished around 3:30.
