Pot Roast

1 3-5 lb beef roast. Use a cheap cut like rump roast- something on sale
1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 pkt. Onion soup mix
Baby carrots
3 potatoes


Serving Day: In the am, place frozen roast into crockpot. Sprinkle Onion soup mix over top. Pour can of soup over top. Cook on low all day. 4 hours before serving time, add baby carrots and potatoes cut into chunks. It is okay to add the veggies in the beginning, they just get mushy.
