Mexican Soup x2

• 1 lb cooked ground
• 1 chopped yellow sweet onion
• 1 red Chile

• 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed (can used dry/soaked)
• 2 cans of pinto beans, drained and rinsed (can used dry/soaked)
• 1 can green chilies (can use fresh)
• 2 cans mexicorn (can use frozen bag)
• 2 cans of diced tomatoes
• 2 pks taco seasoning
• 1 Bag Fritos

Cooking Day: Combine everything and add water for consistency.

Serving Day: Reheat, top with Fritos and cheese.
