Italian Chicken x2

Here is the recipe:
 4-6 raw chicken breasts
new potatoes
green beans (fresh or canned-really any green veggie would work. Broccoli is good, too)
packet of Italian dressing mix
1/2 stick butter or margarine 

Arrange in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix and then top with a melted stick of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!

This turned out AMAZING!  I didn't have new potatoes so I thinly sliced a baking potato.  I used canned green beans.  I also chopped up half an onion and put it over the veggies.  I only used 1/2 stick of melted low-fat margarine (instead of a full stick of butter).
