Cream Cheese Turnover Crust
Crust adapted from
The Art and Soul of Baking

makes 9
1½ cups (7½ ounces) unbleached all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon sugar
pinch of salt
1 stick (4 ounces) cold unsalted butter, diced
1 (8-ounce) package cold cream cheese, cut into 8 pieces
