Serves 4
Spaghetti (4 portions)
1 lb lean steak
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
3 cloves garlic
1 onion sliced
4 celery stalks, sliced
½ head napa cabbage, shredded
½ cup lite soy sauce
Cooking Day: Slice steak into 1/8 inch by 2 inch strips. Add red pepper flakes and garlic and steak to freezer bag. Combine onions and celery in separate freezer bag.
Serving Day: Prepare spaghetti. Stir-fry steak/garlic mixture about 2 minutes until steak no longer pink. Remove fom skillet and set aside. Stir fry veggies about 5 minutes, then add cabbage for about 2 more minutes. Add steak back to skillet. Add cooked spaghetti and soy sauce: mix gently and heat thoroughly. Serve.
