1 lbs dried ziti (cooked- al dente)
1 lrg onion chopped
1lb ground beef- cooked
6 oz provolone, sliced
16 oz sour cream
6 oz shredded mozzarella
2- 26 oz jars spaghetti sauce
2 tbs grated parmesan cheese
Cooking Day: Grease 9x13” baking dish. Combine ground beef, chopped onion, and both jars of sauce. Layer as follows:
Half Ziti
All Provolone
All Sour cream
Half sauce mixture
Rest of Ziti
All Mozzarella
Rest of Sauce
Top with Parmesan cheese
Serving Day: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Bake for 45 min- 1 hour or until cheese melted is melted. Allow to stand for 15 min before serving.
